Cassandra played her high school softball career at Hanover Park. She was a 4-year varsity starter and letter winner at SS and 3rd base, a 4-year All-Conference, All-County, All-Area, and All-State Honors as well. On top of that, Cassandra lead her team in both batting average and home runs all 4 years. She was highly recruited by competitive division 1 teams during her softball career here at the Morris County Belles. Cassandra then continued her softball career at Caldwell University for two years. Her freshman year she went on to hit a .342 batting average and sophomore year followed with a .307 and starter at 3rd base. Her sophomore year she also went on to make second team All-Conference.
Cassandra has 10 years experience with coaching which includes both assistant coach and head coach. She has coached for both high school and club as well as both gold and showcase teams. She is also the new president of the Morris County Belles.

Coach Sam played 3 years of varsity softball at Fair Lawn High School. She was named captain her senior year and honored as first team all-big north conference shortstop and honorable mention all Bergen County infielder. She was also a recipient of the 2011 Fair Lawn Athletic club award and Fair Lawn all sports association scholarships. She continued her softball career at Centenary College where she started all four years. While attending Centenary she was named CSAC honorable mention and had her career 100th hit. She also was a part of history for Centenary softball when they went on to win the conference and went to the NCAA and went the furthest the school has ever gone. She coaches varsity softball at Garfield H.S. when she isn't here coaching for the Belles.

Coach Sydney was a four-year letter winner at Kearny High School, a Group 4 State Sectional semifinalist, batting .433 as the Utility Player of the Year in the conference as a senior captain while she also Notched a .370 batting average, garnering conference Pitcher of the Year accolades during her junior year en route to a Hudson County championship where she claimed the Hudson County title and hit .292 during her freshman campaign as well. She was also a member of the soccer team for four years, winning four county championships and garnering all-county accolades. She also played basketball for four years, earning a Rookie of the Year and second-team all-county selection. She continued her softball career at William Paterson University.
